Mimicat

Performer, interpreter and composer since a very young age, Mimicat made her first public appearance in 2014. In love with the pop universe, her biggest inspiration are the great voices of black music.

Tell Me Why was the first song from her debut album, For You, released by Sony Music Portugal. She toured through the most renowned venues in Portugal and premiered internationally in Brazil, namely in one of the biggest events in São Paulo, the "Virada Cultural".

Tudo ao Ar [All in the Air] (2021) is part of TVI's soap opera Quero é Viver [What I Want is to Live] and has been successful in terms of streaming and airplay too. Now, Mimicat is preparing her third album called Peito [Chest] and that will include, among others, the song that gave her the winning prize in Festival da Canção 2023 and that she will take to Eurovision.
